NWRI is pleased to announce that the 2022 Athalie Richardson Irvine Clarke Prize laureate is Eric M. V. Hoek, a professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Hoek receives the 29th Clarke Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Water Science and Technology and give the 2022 Clarke Prize Lecture at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center of the National Academies of Sciences and Engineering in Irvine, California on the evening of October 22, 2022.
